I'm a proud, homemade Hoosier and birth worker, serving central Indiana. As an SA-survivor, I experienced the rippling effects of trauma throughout my own reproductive health/birth journey, often feeling triggered, unseen, and misunderstood. It's my hope to create a shift in this paradigm. I'm here to help you feel at home in your body, your voice, and your choice. I'm here to encourage you as you rebuild the life trauma took a swing at.
